1. Trading carries a high level of risk
Trading foreign exchange (forex), contracts for difference (CFDs), indices, commodities, cryptocurrencies and other leveraged instruments involves a high level of risk. These products are complex and may not be suitable for everyone. You may lose some or all of your invested capital, and with certain leveraged products you may lose more than you deposit.
Only trade with money you can afford to lose. Never trade with funds you need for living expenses, debt repayments or emergencies.
2. Leverage magnifies both gains and losses
Leverage allows you to control a large position with a small amount of capital. This can increase profits, but it can equally increase losses, and a small market movement can have a large effect on your account. You should fully understand how leverage works before using it.

We make no promise or guarantee that you will make a profit, avoid losses, or achieve any particular result by using our education or tools. Individual results vary widely and depend on many factors, including your skill, discipline, risk management, capital, market conditions and the choices you make.
Any experience, results or testimonials shared by the founder, team members or community members are individual experiences and are not typical or representative of what you may achieve.
5. Past performance is not indicative of future results
Markets change. A method, indicator or approach that worked in the past may not work in the future. Backtested or hypothetical results have inherent limitations: they are created with the benefit of hindsight, do not reflect real trading conditions such as slippage, spreads, commissions or emotional pressure, and are not an indication of future performance.
6. Indicators and tools are aids, not instructions
Our indicators and tools are designed to help you study the market. They are not trading systems that guarantee outcomes, and they do not tell you what you must do. Indicators can produce false or late reference points, can behave differently across timeframes, instruments and market conditions, and may be affected by data errors, platform changes or technical faults. You are fully responsible for your own trading decisions, position sizing and risk management.
7. Third-party platforms and brokers
Our tools may run on third-party platforms (for example TradingView / MetaTrader 4 / MetaTrader 5). We do not control those platforms and are not responsible for outages, errors, changes to their terms, or any losses arising from their use. We do not operate as a broker, and we do not hold client funds or trade on your behalf.
Members of our team may have referral or affiliate relationships with certain brokers or prop firms and may receive compensation if you sign up through their links. This does not change our educational content, and you are under no obligation to use any broker or firm mentioned.
8. Community discussions
Opinions shared by the founder, team members or other members in Discord or on social media are personal views. They are not advice, and they may be wrong. Never act on information from a community channel without doing your own research and considering your own risk.
9. Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and outcomes. By using our products you agree that Manifest Markets, its founder, team and affiliates are not liable for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, arising from your use of our content or tools, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We encourage you to practise on a demo account before trading real money, to keep your risk per trade small, and to seek independent advice where needed.
10. Regional restrictions
Some products and services are restricted or unavailable in certain countries. It is your responsibility to make sure that your use of our website and the instruments you trade are lawful where you live.
